Peptide Reconstitution & Dosing Guide
Complete reference for reconstitution, liquid-to-powder math, and common clinical dosing protocols.
The Universal Rule Checklist
- Always aim the BAC water down the inside glass wall of the vial. Let it dissolve passively. Never shake.
- Use sterile bacteriostatic water (BAC water) for reconstitution unless otherwise specified.
- Store reconstituted peptides at 2–8°C and use within 7–14 days.
- All syringe measurements below assume a standard U-100 insulin syringe.
The Math Formula
Units to Pull = (Desired Dose ÷ Total mg in Vial) × mL of BAC Water Added × 100
Syringe Scale
On a standard U-100 insulin syringe, 1 mL = 100 Units. Each small tick mark is usually 1 or 2 units depending on syringe size (0.5 mL vs 1.0 mL). Always verify your syringe markings before drawing.
The Slow Drip
Always aim the BAC water down the inside glass wall of the vial. Let it dissolve passively. Never shake the vial, as this can denature the peptide and reduce efficacy.
